Jeroen can't you take the seroquel again. You're alive cause you are a young man. You will get well. I'm counting on it. Phillipa

I don't want to keep sounding like an echo but a) there is no magic bullet for any disorder, and I can tell you with my experience with Seroquel, but it comes as close as it can to give me more functionality.
These drugs are powerful and do not work overnight, and yes, may not work in the way you think they worked before because your brain is in constant fluctuation.
You have to pick an agent that you're going to stick with not for a month but 3 or 4 months to get any value out of it.
I don't know your history -- some doctors combine APs although that's risky for side effects and outcome. I wouldn't place that but in the most trained doctor's hands.

> any problems with abilify and sulpiride can you research that for me please
Well you're combining two agents that only one is in the US so I don't know much about the sulpirides other than they are basically similar but not officially atypicals from what I recall.
Supposedly according to wikipedia which is not the end all to scientific research that the sulpirides seems activating and might also touch GHB receptors.
Apparently in low doses sulpiride is more of an antidepressant and I guess that's where the activating features are and why its supposed to be taken in the morning. But it seems to have an extremely wide dose range for antipsychotic activity, going up to very high doses.
I can't say, I don't think anyone can say what would happen, its just trial and error, and you do have informed consent so I wouldn't want you to have errors or problems (not that I am saying you will -- not trying to scare you). I could think that there might be a balancing effect because of the partial antagonism of D2 by Abilify but, and I'm only saying for me, Abilify never chalked up to what I thought it would be because it still had akathisia. I'm sensitive to these drugs though, and I think that your system is quite different as all of ours are.
-- I know that probably didn't help enough, but hang in there and have hope -- there will be a combination that will come along that will give you some relief. Remember, there are no guarantees in life as I have found but there is much to be taken in self-motivation work -- there is a psychological side to things too. I have yet to reach that point, I waver -- but I try to hope that it will succeed. I guess I give out information that I know, but sometimes I don't follow it because, yes, things are very hard to do when you know you are in a situation you really don't want to be in.-- best wishes and luck
