In my opinion its merely a patent extender, but then again some patent extenders (racemers and isomers of the previous product) have been shown to be cleaner and easier to introduce on a patient's system. If you are skittish of powerful agents, its probably nearly as strong as Risperdal -- thats all I can guess.
