dopamine, cocaine and withdrawal

Ive many using many many year. And now if I stop
I have serious heart papitations, anger, difficulty breathing, high sugars. Read somewere I might be suffering from toxic cocaethylene.

Im scared im going to drop dead. If I use dopamine like st. john's wart can that keep me
from having heart attack or respitory arrest.

Anyone have knowlegde or experience to share?

I'd really suggest though getting a full detox at a local detox center. They will monitor medical condition. Seriously, much better then going alone.
