I currently right now am taking
Vyvanse 140mg (2 70mg capsules) at 8-9am.Xanax 6mg (2mg X 3 daily) right now its being tappered off lower.
Prozac 80mg for Obsessive thoughts, and severe depression.
This new doctor is VERY benzodiapine phobic, he hates the word "Xanax" or "Alprazolam" the only reason he is prescibing it, i've been on it for years. And i told him, almost begged him, its the only thing that calms me down. I've been on Ativan, Klonopin, Restoril (he took me off completely, 30mg at night which i took for 2 years staight) That was a big hit. But i endured it, he plans the same thing with Xanax. Only the reason being is because i cannot even function because of critical-dereazliation panic states.
I asked him is there any thing besides Rozerem for sleep? he said, only take the Alprazolam at night. I can't, and i am a very benzo-phobic doctor. So even that idea to him is scary.
I did tell him there are some night that are CRITICAL for me to sleep, and i've laid awake. He said tell me, it wont bother me....
I said is there any way when insomnia is so bad, Secobarbital for 3 days?He said----only only only if its that critical. And he never used, or uses any barbiturates in his practice what he state to me.
Wish me luck, i'm really. I have spit, i just dont like to talk about what trama i've put myself through. It has created another dominating person in me to "do what i say" or your going to end up like a hopeless child.
---Nevermind what i just said. Just some feedback?

What about hypnotics, such as zopiclone? I have to maintain rigid sleep hygiene as I can't take mood stabilizers and I also have a chronic pain condition. I take 25 mg. seroquel and 7.5 zopiclone. Maybe it's worth a mention to your pdoc about the hypnotics. Sorry to hear you're at loggerheads with your pdoc...hope you can get something resolved.

back......i was joggning but got in bad mood, decdied to come back here.
Well, first of all, dont like to "center" attention. It looks that when i read the post over with, so i apologize.
Do you know how many years here i've posted, i've changed my face so many times. Two-face! more than that... multiple faces from scars from life! i've done to myself......hahahahaha! 4 years ago this whole website was concerned about me, and i lost it. Why? because......because aspects of blockage, and no act on motivation. I'm older now, back then i didnt understand hardly anything about life.
But to responders....
Phillipa....hey! how are you? no dont worry nothing bad is going to happen, because im going to take control, sooner or later....
Justerherself54-----i've been on seroquel 200mg at night, god I cant stand it. Its an Anti-psychotic that doctors use to knock people by blocking the thoughts. I asked him please dont write it for me. It was horrible, i woke up horrible, in a daze, could not think at all.
Nadedza - he eventually wants me off it completely. Taking me down, and its not going to good. I spoke with him that, i've read that it's dependency potency. I told him it has saved me so many times from going crazy (nerves, sweating, being paranoid about the worst happening).....it makes me fine.
I do have nights of insomnia, in general because i cant stop thinking about whats wrong, how horrible a day went. Its all perception and dwelling in thinking about it. About Secobarbital.....he can't do it. The only reason is some nights my thoughts, and i feel electric. That was so stupid of me to ask about that........someone just "whack" me for saying that. Yea "Whack!" Put shame all over myself.
Anyways thanks for responding. I've learned that i've improved with my writing skills here on this site. I wrote tons of papers, that where HORRIBLE. Just writing here is like a term paper.

Why in the world would you stay with this doctor? I see red flags all over the place. Do you not?

Well, he's a specielist in disorders. Certain types, expensive, but does have a good opinion. The only thing, he wants me to stop antianxiety meds. This going to be pretty rough.....
But im going to see some psychologist soon. So..what ever his recomendations are, then i will proceed.
Thanks :)
