Jamal don't think so was taking 50mg of luvox with l0mg of paxil and nothing. So you did decide to stop the cymbalta? I was seriously shocked to read the googles on liver disease. Phillipa

I think the absolute risk of getting liver disease from Cymbalta is probably quite small. Oprah would have done a show on it by now if liver failure were common with Cymbalta. However, since there are safer alternatives available, I'll rather use something else.

Jamal was on it twice once at 60mg for three months and nothing then the second time the pdoc here said 120 in a month I said no at the time manufacturer said 60 was tops now it's gone up wonder why does this mean it doesn't work at low doses. Heard zoloft if good Family members on it. Good luck . Phillipa

You'd better check with your pdoc. I imagine it'll depend on your body size. 25 mg Zoloft is half the regular adult dosage; I don't know about the Cymbalta.
