Marplan Advice

I am starting Marplan tonight and could really use some advice on dosage. What dose should i start at, what time/times of day should I take the pill and how quickly should i increase the dose?

What did your doctor suggest? That would be a god starting point. As always, start low and increase only as quickly as you are comfortable with.
