As you know Testim is a testosterone replacement for men. I have been using it for over 8 months now with good results. I am just on the 5MG tube once a day. First off I have always applied it to my shoulders as instructed. At first it worked wonders then after about two weeks I seen that it was not working that well. I think because it uses a oil in there that clogs your pores so after awhile it just stop soaking in to you skin as much.
What I did to make testim work again like when I first used it.
1. Never use bar soap on your shoulders it just leaves a film that blocks the testosterone from soaking into your skin as much as it could
2. I use a type if face wash to clean out my pores of my skin and a loofa pad with body wash first then put the face cleaner on there of course I wash it all off in the shower.
3. I put all the Testim on one shoulder and then take a sandwich bag and rub in all it tell it's nice and sticky and not runny.
4. I wait at least 10 minutes tell I put my shirt back on to let it dry a little never does dry all the way.
5. If your like me it's a good idea to just shave your upper arm were you apply the testim to.
I go in today for my test results on how my levels are doing let you all know later after I get them back.I hope this helps you tell me if it does thank you for reading my entry

There's another cheaper way to do this.
You just go visit your local auto-spares shop on the weekend. Try to stand as close as you can to the 18 yr old males drooling over the mag wheels and over-size chrome exhaust tips.
Then when the leave (they can't afford the mags, so it won't take long), once again stand as close as you can to their car. Not too close now - safety is an issue here. When they start up their V8 heap, breath in deeply. Try to absorb as much of the noise, exhaust fumes and burning rubber smell too. The testosterone molecules bond very tightly to these particulates, so if you're feeling sick you KNOW you're getting a good dose.
And there you have it. You can repeat the procedure up to 3 times a day. More often than that can lead to "chrome tip envy", which is difficult to treat.
