Oh, God please help, I don't know what to do here. I've put on 50 lbs in the past 2.5 months on Nardil and I don't know what to do...
I did stop excersizing and let my eating go a bit after a few weeks, but that was because I had gained like 20 lbs with Nardil while following a strict diet and excersizing rigorously.
Now, I'm so fat I just don't know what to do. I don't want to stop taking Nardil and slip back into depression, but I'm getting so fat and literally bursting out of all of my clothes I've gone from a size 34 pants to size 40 in just this short amount of time and even the roomiest button-down shirts are getting tight, so I'm having to have custom shirts made.
Can anyone advise on similar experiences/or what to do here?
I'm so desperate!!!

Buprenorphine has greatly reduced my appetite, and so has methylphenidate, but to a lesser extent. I'm not on Nardil, however.
This is the end of the thread.
