According to the information I found, the goal is to start at 12.5mg once or twice a day, increasing to a target of 300mg to 450mg by the end of about two weeks. So, you're starting off at a starting dose, and I would expect it to be increased over the next week or two, providing you continue to tolerate it well.
Good luck with it. I hope this information helps.

Jeroen remember once a week a white blood cell test will be done to make sure the med is working safely. Do you have computer access all the time in hospital or only certain days. Expect to feel tired for a few weeks. But the drug is miraculous to me I saw many patients who had not responded to other antipschotics respond exceptionally well and they were able to live normal lives work, family, etc. So update us? Love Phillipa
