Recommendation for PDOC in the BAY AREA

Hi,
Looking to get a second opinion after 2 years of insufficient treatment from my current pdoc and trying to get some recommendations for really good pdocs in the bay area (san fran, or palo alto) that specialize in TRD or refractory bipolar depression.

Would greatly appreciate any recommendations, feel free to babblemail me if you don't want to post publicly. Incidentally, if you have suggestions on other ways to find a specialist, please let me know.
