i dunno man...10mgs is when it hits full-on antipsychotic power, so maybe you need a lower dose? Then again, you might want to give it some time to see if you feel better/less bad over time. Good luck.

abilify will do that because you are not getting good sleep. It does not go away. You might do better on a low dose. 2-5mg.
