Has anyone experienced muscle weakness and/or muscle atrophy as a side effect of Remeron? Does anyone know if this reversible after going off of Remeron?

Hi,
I think I am the reluctant king of Remeron - very high dose. I've not had anything like muscle weakness. Just weight gain & sedation, the latter of which wore off within weeks. I do perspire a lot when doing any physical activity, hence I drink a LOT of water each day. As I'm also on a few other meds, most notably Efexor, I don't know what to blame the perspiration on.
Luckily there's many people here who swear by Remeron, so have a poke around in some of the earlier posts above.
Good Luck
Molybdenum.
