I'm not going to screw around with my doses anymore, because it makes me feel crappy/hypomanic. Clearly I'm doing something right in my life because I've "mobilized" as T calls it. quit a job, applied for 5 new ones (better ones hopefully) am working on my writing and feeling better about my life. lately my anxiety hasn't required daily doses of klonopin like it once did.
deep breath.
Despite the scariness of my cocktail, life without it is scarier.
abilify 10mg. you make me feel calm and sane
sertraline 100mg. you make me feel hopeful and bright
lamictal-300mg. you take away the lows and stop the rapid cycles
clonazepam .5mg. you make me feel mellow and halt freak-outs in their tracks
sonata 10 mg you make me fall asleep
zyprexa zydis 10m you make me real in the face of depersonalization.
xanax- you make me zonk out in case of emergencyside effects- you are tolerable. You will submit to me. I am the master of my body

Glad it's working.
"sertraline 100mg. you make me feel hopeful and bright" - THAT sounds enticing!!!
Actually quite a few of them do!
I'm glad it's working. You sound quite positive & in the fact of job-hunting, that says a lot in itself. I think job-hunting is WAY up there on the list of stressors!
hugs, Kath
