What are the typical side effects of NARDIL on start-up and steady-state and how long do the start-up side effects typically last?
Also... to keep weight down what is a good diet? I exercise daily but my weight is up there.
I am at 60mg per day now for 3 weeks and not feeling much better. I know it takes time.
Thanks
John

> JohnStart up for me it was insomnia, terrible gas, some balance problems, and transposing letters when typing for some reason, sweets craving, and forgetfulness
Now insomnia getting better, still have terrible gas, balance problems, transposing letters and forgetfulness, sweets craving abated some since stopping seroquel..but if they were in the house I'd be eating them..I'm going back on a low fat diet which I had lost 60 pounds on before..can't stand my weight!
I really hope it kicks in for you soon, fellow Nardilite!

For me:
daytime sleepiness
dizziness
clumsiness
anorgasmia
flatulence
myoclonic jerks on sleeping
yawningdizziness and clumsiness have gone by about 3 weeks.
I am on 6 weeks at 60mg and reached the AD stage at about 3 weeks. I weight 78kg so really I should be taking 75mg for my weight, but I don't want to scroll up.
This is the end of the thread.
