I am 17 weeks pregnant and I realize this was very irresponsible but I have a prescription for Phenergan I was very nauseous. I mistakenly took a lorazepam .5 ml by mistake. I had two of these in my purse in a pill container and mistaked it for the phenergan. I know the lorazepam is a category d med. What can this do to my baby I am really worried.

I don't think it will hurt your baby, you only took it one time...i seriously doubt one .5 mlg. lorazapam will damage the fetus at all. Relax :)
