Hmm. Lack of Zoloft or increase of Wellbutrin?

Posted by Maxime on February 7, 2008, at 11:19:19

I noticed that I was feeling a bit better yesterday and today. I don't feel great or even good, but I feel better.

Over a week ago we increase my Wellbutrin SR to 300 mg from 200 mg. I also stopped my Zoloft cold turket in preperation for the Cymbalta. No withdrawal symptom either.

So I thought it was the Wellbutrin helping. But it just dawned on me that maybe it is the lack of Zoloft that is helping. My affect isn't as flat.

I hope I continue to improve.

Have you started the Cymbalta? I was just wondering how that was going.

The pharmacy has ordered it. It is suppose to arrive today, but I have a feeling it won't arrive (they tried to order it once already and the company didn't have it). I will get it sooner or later. :)

Good for you, for your patience. I go crazy waiting for stuff like this, which of course just makes things worse. Your attitude helps.

Maxie,

I wish you good luck with the Cymbalta. I'll keep my fingers crossed.

I'm on Effexor and i'm interested in Cymbalta too, not much for its efficacy but rather in its side effects, especially the sexual ones.

I'm anxious for you ;-)

Thank you. :) Effexor made me hypomanic, and I hope Cymbalta doesn't do the same.

I will post about side effects once I get them!

Bisou,
Maxime
