This increases GABA so should be good for anxiety, right? Is it a mild effect or quite substantial? How long before you can feel the anxiolytic effect?

I googled valpro for epilepsy so is it like a mood stabalizer or klonopin? But it did say it effects Gaba. So maybe? Phillipa
