Yesterday sunny and cold and felt pretty good thought the Deplin might be kicking in. Today back to gloomy oncoming rain and feel horrible is it the meds or barometric pressure anyone's meds affected by weather changes? Love Phillipa

I've noticed that sudden drops in barometric pressure make me sleepy and sluggish. This occurs with or without medication.

Uh, maybe it's the sunlight. You felt better with the light than the cloudy day. You should keep a mood journal and chart your moods and weather ... see if there is a relation.

I've noticed the complementary effect: sudden rises in barometric pressure seem to perk me up and help me be happy. This is independent of the direct effect of sunshine, as I would notice it in while sitting in rooms with small curtained windows. I'd actually have to go outside to check whether it had actually cleared up.

It was a dark and stormy day today, and my family is feeling lethargic and decided to make a lazy day of it.
My husband said he thought he'd read of a link, so I googled it. I did find studies linking it. And I also found this post. :)
