I gotten older and sometimes binge and drink to much. When I do I use Diapezam to help get the edge off.

I feel you should consult your doc on a detox plan. You don't state how much you drank or how often and all play a part in the amount of diazapam for withdrawal. Very important to withdraw with a doc's supervision. Phillipa

I only took two tablet last Friday night and one early Saturday. My question is how long to they stay in the system and is their anything that will help draw them out.
They were 10 mg's each.

I wouldn't worry about the 20mg of Valium with your weight. It'll be gone in a day.
What concerns me is your insistance on knowing when the very small dose of Valium will be gone rather than the combination with alcohol.
Just how much did you drink? I agree if you can't control drinking and just what consists of binge drinking for a stout person your size I can't tell you.
Its more why there is a need for Valium in social interactions or to "take the edge off" in the first place if you're already drinking anyhow. Its redundant in a way and hard on the system.
This isn't to come down hard as a teetotaler but consistent drinking of multiple 4-6 drinks every day is going to cause cirrhosis one day. Seek some help if that is what is going on.
