All...so many posts lately on poor control of symptoms, is anyone having good control and what is your formula?
I know many who stop posting when they are feeling great but thank goodness many still do post even when they feel good.
Care to share your solution(s):meds, exercise, vitamins, what has been your best combination so far?
Anyone have success with VNS, other procedures?
Trying to find combinations of things that make a difference rather than feeling like a zombie...
It's sounding like no one is having any success with their meds. I hope somebody is and can tell us what is working well for them.

Unfortunately, I have not found the magic combo to cure all my symptoms.. but recently I have found something that helped with 1 piece of the puzzle. As I posted above I had really bad depression with lots of fatigue, brian fog, low motivation ( as well as really bad anxiety and some panic attacks).
I started a routine to reduce inflammation by taking certain supplements. Large dosees of evening primrose oil, small amounts of Omega 3's, and supporting vitamins. This almost immediately helped me feel less fatigued, more "clear" and made the brain fog dissappear. My anxiety is the same as before, so I am searcing for something to alleviate that. Good luck

Jimmyboy, I have found that when I take the evening primrose and omega three I do feel better and given how bad things are now any improvement is noticeable. The Ad i am on just makes me flat and I need something to lift me. So I am going back on the supplements that helped me kick cymbalta in the first place last year. I still find exercise impossible and don t know why. But the supplements are doing something at least. I am trying to add some exercise b/c I know it would help.

Geez, I'm impressed.
It must have taken you forever to work that out.
Lot of glycine.
When I tried glycine I liked it.

Yes, many years, atleast 5. Lots and lots of med changes, and trials. Daily, weekly, monthly. Some of which was tough.
This is the end of the thread.
