My youngest Daughter was thinking for especially PMS she should go back on prozac as it worked for her before. Well she was med free and is now a manager of a beauty chain had gone back on 20mg of prozac was happy saying oh I'm not anxious anymore after a few days. I thought humm held my tongue but did say good. Well she had a run in a work with what sounds like a very unrealistic customer but a meeting called by the customer to meet today. My Daughter e-mailed me last night and said I'm a wreck why isn't the prozac taking this away. All hysterical. So was she getting a placebo response. All ideas appreciated. Phillipa

Just wondering- I thought you had a thyroid disease...does daughter?
Also, many meds didnt work for me during my period. Even stims like Provigil- I took it exactly the same 100 mgs then during my period, I would just go back to sleep.
Also, just learned recently that Prozac causes anxiety- initially I think- until steady dose is achieved. sorry- losing it........zzzz florence

Hi florence no she doesn't have any problems with her thyroid. At least not yet. Thank's for answering she is 33. Said if she had xanax she would eat them like candy. I think our chemistry is definitely different. Phillipa
