Yes, I started titrating with Risperdal. I am not taking risperdal anymore. I currently take 50mg of Seroquel.

> twinch : )You only take 50mgs of Seroquel for BP and that helps? The usual dose is 300.

Yes. I also take 1000mg of depakote. So far the combination and dosages work great. It does not take much for me, which I do not really understand. When I was on 4mg of risperdal and 160mg of Geodon I could barely function (at different times). I am neither manic or depressed. My mood cycle is normal and has been that way for a couple of months. I do know that when I researched about neuroleptics that seroquels website showed that it had antidepressant effects as to where the other neuroleptic websites did not mention that.

I'm happy to hear that you have found a combination that works for you.
Geodon is a weird drug, in terms of how it works, at least for me.
If you don't mind me asking doesn't Depakote cause weight gain and an increase in appetite?

Yes, depakote can cause weight gain/appetite increase, but it has not done that to me.
GoodLuck : )
