I do. In fact after being on Provigil my tics have been adequately controlled. I had shouting spells prior to being on this med. But not any longer after been on it for over a month.cheers

I would look into this CAREFULLY.
I have no health problems except an undiagnosed thyroid disease.I remember at the very beginning 100 mgs Provigil gave me RLS for a few days- forget how long...I never drank coffee and drank caff free soda pop.
5 yrs later.... I now feel Provigil GIVES me ADD- all benefit of physically getting me out of bed have dissipated BUT I get over focused on the stupidest things. Not just "addicted" to laptop.
Tolerance develops. PLEASE look to people who have TOURETTE's ......florence
