Is boredom a symptom of depression? Life feels so boring to me, i just don't really have much interest in doing anything. Does anyone else feel this way?

I do. I wonder if it is because I am depressed and anxious or is it that I just don't find anything interesting. Life is really boring.

Anhedonia, see another posting. The inability to gain pleasure from things one used to. It takes a lot of work to get out of it but it is possible, it just means effort to turn the 100 ways one "can't" do something into a positive force. This isn't to say that medication doesn't help as well.
