Just posted about Seroquel for Bipolar depression but wanted to also specifically ask if anyone has ever experienced hypomania from higher doses (300 mg/day)? Thanks.

Yes, especially if taken in tandem with an anti-depressant. Often the dosage on the AD has to be lowered once the AP dosage is set.
