Mood has been pretty stable for about three months but the fatigue is getting worse. Have taken Provigil for a couple of years but now, at 600 mg/day, it is not really helping. I really have trouble with the increased fatigue because my anxiety goes way up when I'm tired and I'm just not getting things done.
What have others done to combat the fatigue? It's probably partly due to meds I take but, also, I've always had trouble with fatigue (unless manic).

Provigil pooped out for me, too, although I was only on about 200mg -- my pdoc at the time wouldn't go above that, said that was the standard dose. I have a new pdoc now...
But I switched to Ritalin, and that's been working well enough for me since. It might be worth a try...

never had exp. with adderal or others, maybe they would help? I took ritalin once but it pooped out very quickly. On 200 provigil now, doesn't seem to do a lot esp for what I paid. I think if you stop for a while it will work again but I know that's not much help.
Hopefully someone else has some ideas
