How can I stop the side effects of ABILIFY?

Posted by trotten on October 18, 2007, at 20:29:51

I am currently on Abilify but the side effecs are too strongs. I already tried biperidino with propanolol and only diminished it. What should I take?

I dont know what you should take. I know this is not usual with Abilify (or maybe it will be in the future? lol) but I was given benztropine to take with abilify. Though of course it made the nausea a lot worse but it did give me some relief.

The combination that you currently take should be enough to fight akathisia and EPS. It seems that you are extra sensitive to these conditions.
Try to replace biperidene with benzatropine or benzhexol. If this doesn't work either, then you may have to try another atypical AP.

I already change benztropine by triefenidil. I am very better now but the symptons still remain but very much weaker. Will these symptons disapear with the time?
AND can I take and strong inhibito of CYP2D6 or CYP3A4 and lower with the very expensive Abilify?
