How concerned should those who take Adderall be about neurotoxicity? If it's a big problem, can NAC (N-Acetyl-Cysteine) or anything else adequately counter this?

I think that any reaseach demonstrating the neurotoxic potential of stimulants generally us does that are very high, ie, does at or higher than those required to get high.
I do not think there is any research suggesting that clinical doses of stimulants cause detectable neurotoxicity.
I think there are even some studies that show clinical doses do not cause detectable neurotoxicity.
