All this SSRI and psychopharmacology stuff is a bunch of b*llsh*t. If you want to get out of depression for real (and are male), get diagnosed wtih low testosterone, get some testosterone cypionate injections and then go to and listen "Turbo Lover" to get pumped:

My testosterone is fine, and my depression isn't defined by my lack of ability to insult other people.

That bioidentical testosterone I take seems pretty ho hum compared with the cyprionate stuff.
Maybe I don't take enough?

Do you take the kind that dissolves under your tongue? I took that for about 4 months but never noticed a difference. I got it from a compounding pharmacy. How much do you take?

I used to take the tragees (is what I think they were called....soft jelly-like thingos that dissolved in the cheek pocket).
They caused a significant spike in testosterone levels, so we eventually found out.
So we next went onto slow release capsules.
Most of the testosterone is destroyed/conjugated(?) in the liver, so the amounts may be misleading, but I take 2 x 150mg slow release caps a day.
I feel better for it, but not that good.
