Mirapex success stories??

Posted by King of Nothing on October 9, 2007, at 18:24:17

My Pdoc just started me on Mirapex 0.125 three times a day for depression. Anyone have any good luck with this med? I'm also taking remeron, effexor, lyrica, and Klonopin.

I found ropinirole (requip/repreve) very effective for depression, it's from the same family as mirapex but it was too expensive for me.

Hi

It made me so nauseous that I never found out if it worked. I had to stop taking it. If you can get past the nausea, hopefully it will help and it would be great to hear back from you on how it's working.

That's great news! My pdoc didn't know about the dosing schedule for mirapax and he prescribe 1 mg AT ONCE .. not divided. I was soooo sick.

Maybe I should try it again. What dosage did you start at and how did you titrate it?
