My Doctor bumped my dosage up to 900 mg of Lithium...are there major side effects on this dose? I was at 450 and didnt have any...

Generally, the ones most posted on the net med sites: esp. at first: lethargy, sleepiness, frequent urination; others: tremor (usually dose-related), headache, weight gain, thirst, appetite increase, memory problems...
Dose is important in the extent and presence of these side-effects.

I take 900 mg Li/day and did not notice any side effects when I got bumped up to that dose. That is usually the lowest dose to hit close to the theraputic blood level, at least thats what I was told
