Effexor working less and less

I've successfully been on Effexor for 8+ years, but it has been not working well over the last two. Does anyone have any suggestions what to try next?

Things that didn't work: Prozac (thoughts of suicide), Wellbutrin(extreme rage), high doses of Effexor (rage).

Symptoms: 4th major depressive episode, dysthymia, anxiety

I've been going through hell these last three weeks and can't wait to see my pDoc on Friday!
