For me, loss of interest in sex and inability to achieve erection even with physical encouragement. The effects started early, and intensified as my dose increased.

I don't know if it's appropriate since I'm taking tablets of Selegiline instead of the patch, but I've had very good sexual experience with Selegiline. For men the mechanics may be challenging, as the previous poster noted, but at least in my case if you can be suitably encouraged the orgasm is *better* than ever before! Especially after years of no nasty this is very welcome. Just guessing, but for a woman, it might be great. Practice! %^)
