I think everyone is unique to some extent, but I do often have the very real fear that my situation indeed may never be adequately controlled.

me, because it's been over 10 years, and whatever's worked has always pooped out except for what I have now which barely gets me by, and the very strange kind of depression, anxiety and other symptoms I experience.

For me it's unfortunate because I think if I hadn't dove right into SSRI's and taken about every single one of them to maximum dosage, I wouldn't have any of the problems I have right now. So, if that caused permanent damage, I'll let you know on my deathbed.

now that i look at all meds as temporary i have a better outlook
had to give up on the idea of "getting better" for good
