Hi anyone,
I have terrible stress now. I can't even talk
about it. I have chest tightness, can't think or
concentrate well, crying all the time, waves of anger and depression, and short sleep, and difficulty keeping temper in control.Every day gets a little better and i've taken practical action to releave the pain, which was painful in itself.
I just saw my doctor the other day, and he raised my Klonopin. I hope that will help. I am increasing it gradually so I don't get walloped.
This is a life crisis for me and i am trying to cope. The thing that bothers me the most is the chest pains/tightness -- i guess that's anxiety?
I have high blood pressure.Looking forward to better days.

Squiggles so sorry. Did you see a regular doc that chest tightness is probably anxiety but did he check your heart? Love Phillipa
