I am considering trying this med as it seems to have a very unique mechanism of action than most meds. over 20 meds haven't worked for my depression and paxil has been what prevents me from living in complete misery.

i read that not much study has been done on Remeron and its interactions.Alcohol, diazepam (Valium) and the MAOIs (at least concurrently for 14 days) are to be avoided as they increase psychomotor impairment.

Pretty sure you can take it with paxil as it's an SSRI and I took it with zoloft. Love Phillipa
