CO2 or hepatic encephalitis/lethargica

That hepatic thing.... it may be
pollution. Sleepiness is something
that more and more people are starting
to complain about.

Pollution from what, C02? Who said to you that it is an encephalitis? If the pollution is/was toxic the encephalitis can be transient. Swelling of glia cells is reversible if the homeostasis is not completely disregulated. If it is an infection there could be a massive encephalitis, building an abscess. I don't want to have you an intracranial pressure higher than the middle arterial having an arręt circulatoire.

Speak with your doctor.

sorry...I don't mean a stroke (insult, apoplexia cerebri ). If your doctor says that you have encephalitis due to traffic pollution it maybe right. Just take care.
I don't like pollution myself. Some people are more sensitive to these toxins.

warm regards

Sleepiness could be due to so many different
causes; if a lot of people start turning up at
clinics with it and with accompanying sleep apnea, it may very well be the effects of global warming. I found an interesting article on "Science Daily" magazine:

Oh thanks thats very interesting :-)

The symptom tetrade for narcolepsy isn't absolutely clear but nuclei of nerve cells in the hypothalamus such as n. suprachiasmaticus and Hypocretin/Orexin-cells may play a role.

I recently read that Los Angeles is the city with the most pollution...

warm regards
