I'm sorry to hear that Jeroen. I've had horrible withdrawals myself, I know what it feels like. Just try to distract yourself and focus on the fact that it's temporary- at least that's what I did... Ines

Jeroen,
Did you quit cold turkey? Seroxat also comes in 10 and 20 mg tablets, which I believe are scored--so you can split them. It even comes in liquid form.
So if you've quit cold turkery, you can *drastically* reduce your symptoms by *slowly* tapering down. Please talk to your doc about this asap if you are not already tapering. Peace man...Saturn.

Is that paxil? If so, I would not have quit at 30 mgs. Could you go to 20 and then 10 and then 5 mgs? When I got to 5, my doctor put me on 20 mgs of Prozac and I was fine. Even after going off just 5 mgs I had the brain zaps and everything else. I think the half life of Prozac is like 4 or 5 weeks.
Unfortunately right now I'm going through my own withdrawal from Wellbutrin and that isn't very pleasant either. UGH.
Take care.
