That's a pretty low dose of Klonopin. See what your doc thinks about increasing it.

I agree with football, take more Klonopin, at least 1 mg or 2 mg. Anything over 4 mg you need to consult pdoc. But take as needed. If you need more tonight, take. Its a very safe med. Ive took it for 10 years.

I just went to the pdoc and he up my Klonopin to 1/2 mgs in the morning then .o5 in the evening and he said if that isnt enough I could take more so i'm hoping this will work for me to get me over the anxiety of the things i've been through.

Suebird: If you're in a hospital, watch the nurses. They confiscate medicines that patients bring in from home. For them, if a medicine is not in a chart, the patient can't take it. When my close friend was in a hospital for an abdominal surgery a few years ago, I smuggled in his Xanax on a daily basis. He hid it in the inside of his gown in a small handkerchief pinned to the gown with a safety pin. Not in the pockets.

I wish I'd done that. They stopped the Xanax suddenly and I ended up having a seizure.
On a lighter note I remember a friend and me taking a bouquet to a (male) friend who was in hospital for a broken bone of some sort. In side the bouquet was half a bottle of scotch. How he beamed when he saw it. He wasn't on any (other)medication
