Ok - I'm going to be good and stick with my patch, but I really can't be compliant with the Abilify. Even in a small dose it makes me really, really hungry.
Is there something else I can take at night with Emsam that will help with sleep and mood stabilization?
What about a tiny dose of Seroquel? I tried it years ago, but it zonked me out! Maybe it won't cause the extreme hunger that Abilify does?

Seroquel makes me have worse munchies than Abilify. But, everyone is different. Worth a try?
