just taking this in a single dose as a test. is this typical anti-anhedonic anti-amotivational dosage territory?

Mirapex? Oh don't take 1 mg at once! I took it and didn't realise it was an enmetic and I was so sick from it. Try scoring the tablet into 4 and work your way up to 1 mg. I think 1 -3 mg is the dosage used for depression. But don't start too fast. Go slow.
Good luck.

oh i did it anyway. no real effect on my mind other than i was even more tired and immobile. felt a bit of an uncomfortable effect on my stomach and bits of nausea, but mostly when i got up and moved around, which i didn't do a lot of. i think the drug just stimulates autoreceptors too preferentially to be of use to me.
thank you for giving me your input though. :) i really do appreciate it. i was just willing to risk it.

It never helped my mood ... it just made me really sick. I couldn't stop throwing up. So I cut the dosage and worked my way up to 2 mg. But it had no positive effects.
Glad you weren't too ill from it.
