I spilled glass of water on some Emsam patches. Should I keep them or toss them? They are like $20 per patch.

I'd eat them for breakfast before I threw them out.

Ugotta, were the packages open? The package is foil lined and the patch has a plastic covering over the active part so I would think everything should stay dry.
When you open the package the plastic covering should still be intact and will still be covering the active side so I would say its good to go if this is what you find.
Don't you dare waste one precious patch! If you need any, I may have lots left if I switch to Nardil as I'm thinking I should!

If they are still sticking to the backing, then I would think they would be okay. It's the sticky area that needs to be able to stick to the skin.

They seem well protected by their packages- do they look ok when you open them? I would imagine that if you wiped up the water right away it wouldn't have a chance to soak in. Maybe this would be worth a call to Emsam's customer service people, or to your doctor? Gosh, if you are super-lucky, maybe they'd even replace them. I agree, too expensive to throw out just like that if not necessary.> I spilled glass of water on some Emsam patches. Should I keep them or toss them? They are like $20 per patch.

They're sealed in foil. Water cannot get in.

They stick just fine. I am hoping that the package is sealed pretty good, and wouldnt allow any medicine to go to waste, by seeping out. It appears to be sealed OK. Thanks for everyone's in out.

Sounds pretty good, like you wiped up the water in time.
