Hi, last week when i was starting my riluzole, i took 2 x 10mg tabs memantine for the 1st 3 days. Now memantine has a 80 - 100 hour half life!!! So how long should it take to get out of my system - a month????!!! as it will stop ket working if i wana use it again......and i also i think it may b making my riluzole innefective (or this stuff really is rubbish!!)

However, you haven't taken the memantine for long enough to reach peak plasma concentration. I'd guess you face perhaps 12 days to eliminate the drug. It may well become ineffective much earlier than that.
