Have you tried Periactin (cyproheptadine)? It lowers the high serotonin levels that are often the cause of anorgasmia while taking antidepressants.

If you took Periactin every day for a long time it's possible you might become depressed, but Nardil has such a broad action across all the neurotransmitters that it isn't as likely you'll become depressed compared to taking Periactin with, say an SSRI. Some people on here have taken Periactin with Nardil and had good results.

I took both the Australian Nardil that's manufactured by Link Pharmaceuticals and the current U.S. formulation of Nardil that's manufactured by Pfizer (at separate times, of course). Anorgasmia was not a problem for me with either version of the drug at any dose (I took up to 75 mg/day) as long as I was using the enteric capsules.

Interesting Tomatheus. Why do you think the enteric coated capsules help, and where do you get them?
