I've been to this site, I hate all of the horrible negative comments about it though.
This surgery seems to me a promising treatment (maybe wishful thinking though).
Here is another link to a sixty minute programme on it. This tells of two patients who had the op and benefitted from it. It shows them before and after surgery and shows one of them actually having the surgery.
