Hi Phillipa

Don't want to be too dramatic but it almost seems ominous. If it was just a glitch then SLS would surely simply have rectified it and posted his article. This is the last day of the year and people sometimes get maudlin that is why I wonder if he is OK. Can you send him an email to make sure he is alright? I don't know him.
