GRET NEWS-Heart palps are GONE after years of misery.
It seems that these three drugs are the magic cocktail de jour.
I dropped the Ambien for the 7.5mg of Klonopin before bed and it has been working much better. No heavy drugged feeling and I am waking refreshed. My mood is also much better.
My primary gave me the klonopin.
When I spoke to my Pysch about it, he said that since I have history of drug/alcohol abuse my tolerance is high and I may wind up needing higher and higher doses. He suggested that I could alternate between the Ambien and the Klonopin.
I like the way I am feeling now. On a scale of 1-10, I am a 91/2. I start my yoga teacher training tomorrow and have been running 2 miles a day.
Still having weight issues because I have hand to mouth disease.
Just thought i would keep you all posted.
I only hope tp continue to feel this way-
Izzy

What dose off Lamictal are you taking? Do you take it in the morning or bedtime?

I am taking 150mg.at bedtime.
But now it seems the Klonopin isn't working
anymore for sleep.
It may be my yoga teacher training this weekend. It was very intensive, left me body very sore.
