I take Anafranil 75mg per day, Ludiomil 75 mg per day, Xanax xr 12mg(due severe anxiety) per day, and trazodone 50-150mg to sleep, since ten days.
I am not still kick and I have panic attacks.If I add a bit of Luvox(50mg) at night, can relief my anxiety and panic attacks, sleep better, and reduce the high dosage of Xanax xr?

No, it's not safe. Don't combine Luvox with Anafranil.
