I have been on xanax for 6 years. 6mg a day. I never thought I could get off it. It was to painful. Withdrawls were terrible. I found a doctor that got me off of it! Listen up. It took me 8 weeks to get off it. I was scared to death. Xanax was my crutch. But I realized that living life is more important than relying on a drug. Here is the schedule to take if you want to get off Xanax: Switch to Clonazepam 1mg 2 times a day for two weeks. Stage two: Take .05 Clonazepam twice a day for two weeks. Stage Three: Take .05mg of Clonezepam every other day until the dosage is done. This is the only program that acusally worked for me and want to share it with all of you that want to get off Xanax. I have tried many time to get off xanax with no prevail. I was almost in tears when the treatment was done, and I had NO side effect. Say that to yourself again. Its great to say.
