This has been asked a couple of times before, but not satisfactorily answered.
Has anyone on an MAOI actually used any type of protien powder safely?
Is anyone aware of any type of protien powder that can be safely used with an MAOI?

Thanks, djmmm. I'm not quite sure how I missed your prior posts, but miss them I did. This is exactly the type of information I was needing -- personal experience.
When you were on parnate, what was your daily dosage?

I've used low dose deprenyl and Mushashi Shi Ho, which contains a heap of phenylalanine. Insomnia was aggravated, but that was all.

Hell i wonder if parnate has GH properties.I eat less, work out less, stopped supplements which i used to be obsessed with, def stopped protein as it makes me weak and depressed.
I went from 180 to 240 in a short span, now its not pur ripped muscle, but not fat, just a mass, and my strentgh as far as lifts match the increase in weight,so hey its a plus for me,none of my shirts fit me anymore.
